    Paige Negley - Director

Paige is originally from Northern Delaware and moved to Lynchburg to pursue her education and build a career centered around her passion for working with children and families. She has an educational background in Event Planning and Early Childhood Education, combining her creativity, organization, and love for children in the work she does each day.

Paige has been working with children in a variety of capacities since she was young and has always found great joy in helping children learn, grow, and discover the world around them. She believes that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they feel valued, supported, and encouraged to be themselves.

Paige is honored to be part of The Learning Tree and grateful for the opportunity to care for and make a difference in the lives of the children and families she serves. She values building strong relationships with families and working together to support each child's individual growth, development, and learning.
